200. GRECO DI TUFO, Feudi di San Gregorio
An outstanding modern-style wine from an ancient Italian
grape variety. Wonderful aromas of blanched almonds, dried
peach, pineapple and minerals. It is medium to full-bodied,
with lovely fresh fruit, flinty character, and a long, long finish.

201. CHARDONNAY, Canyon Road
This dry delicate wine has a full color with green hues.
The nose shows melon and tropical fruit characters
enhanced by attractive vanillin oak and buttery overtones.
The palate is intense, round and soft.

202. CHARDONNAY “Vintners Reserve”, Kendall-Jackson
A medium-bodied, dry, golden wine with somewhat lush,
herbal, lemony, tropical fruit flavors. The bouquet offers up
pear and tropical fruit notes, in addition to apple-like
aromas. The finish is ripe, sweet and persistent.

203. CHARDONNAY, Mad Fish, Australia
This bright and lively Chardonnay is bright pale straw in color,
and has a herbaceous grassy nose with grapefruit and citrus
background. On the palate some nutty peach flavors emerge,
with a lovely range of honey and spice-shaded pineapple and
grapefruit flavors. The pleasing tropical notes and refreshing
acidity meld nicely on a juicy texture.

204. CHARDONNAY, Bonterra
“Organically Grown”

This is a smooth dry wine that is spicy and clean on the palate.
The bouquet includes a trim band of apple and pear notes. The
flavor is ripe and juicy with elegant and lively sweet pear, apple,
melon and honeysuckle flavors. This wine glides gently into the
finish, where it picks up a hint of pineapple.

205. COTES DU RHONE, Laurus
Presenting with a brilliant golden color with a pale green tint, and
a fine, elegant aroma with complex notes of honey, toast and coconut,
this wine is well balanced and fat with the flavors of apricot and
hazelnut. This selection comes to a long, persistent finish.

206. CHARDONNAY, Hamptons, Long Island, Wolffer Reserve 1998
This refined and elegant Chardonnay is a light golden color with
fine ripe fruit flavors and delicate yeasty and flinty aromas. Lively
acidity balances the lush fruit and toasty oak notes. Burgundian
in style, with the characteristic long finish of minerals and yeast,
make it a perfectly balanced wine.

210. POUILLY-FUISSE, Leonard de St. Aubin
This medium-dry, golden hued, fruity wine has bouquet and finesse.
It is crisp, and, slightly austere with a distinctive, flinty quality.

211. CHARDONNAY, Estancia
An elegant and refined California Chardonnay, that strikes a
nice balance between the ripe, rich fig, pear and citrus flavors,
and the deft oak shadings. It is very complex on the finish,
where the flavors unfold, gaining depth and nuance.

212. CHARDONNAY “Reserve”, Robert Mondavi 1998
Rich and complex, this Chardonnay Reserve has a myriad of
nuances that are slowly revealed in the rich fruit character.
Opulent layers of exotic spices, tropical fruit, citrus and hazelnuts
unfold in the wine’s aromas and flavors, culminating in a long,
creamy finish laced with tasty oak and vanilla.

213. PULIGNY-MONTRACHET, Joseph Drouhin
A very refined, elegant wine, aged in oak barrels. This wine
possesses very distinctive aromas, including almond paste, fern,
exotic fruits, amber and white flowers. The acidity on the palate
is rather subtle, allowing the intense smoothness and impressive
lingering taste to come through.

215. CHARDONNAY “Private Reserve”, Beringer
From the Napa Valley, this is a rich, full-bodied Chardonnay.
Lush flavors of rich lemon, pear and butterscotch, with added
hints of nutmeg and toast, perfectly balanced by vanillin oak nuances.

216. CHARDONNAY, St. Supéry
This Napa Valley Chardonnay has subtle, inviting aromas of
apples and melons, with a delicate nuance of French oak. Full
in body, and creamy in texture, and partially barrel-fermented.

218. VERMENTINO, Antinori
Using an ancient Sardinian grape, the Vermentino, this wine has
good structure and accentuated personality. The color is straw
gold, with a nose full of intense, fruity aromas. The palate is
full-bodied, harmonic, and full of flavor, coming to a long finish.

219. CHARDONNAY, Biron 1996
An Estate wine from Santa Maria Valley. This is an exceptionally well
balanced wine, displaying ripe, vibrant flavors and remarkable silkiness.
Aromas of white peach and pear are complemented by a backdrop of French
oak with hints of honey and butter. Appealing and approachable, this wine
has a flowing, silky texture that carries through to its long, rich finish.

220. CHARDONNAY, M.Trinchero 1997
This richly flavored Chardonnay exhibits ripe, tropical fruit aromas,
overlaid by toasty, buttery tones, and lush, creamy flavors balanced
with crisp acidiy.

This Central Coast of California Chardonnay, is full of crisp
apple aromas. The flavor is luscious and dry, with tropical
