300. SANGIOVESE/CABERNET/MERLOT “Centine”, Castello Banfi
This Sangiovese blend has a deep and intense red color, with aromas
of plums, cherries, blackberries, raspberries, and hints of liquorice,
tobacco and butterscotch. This wine has a medium body, with a
good structure, soft tannins, and a long fresh finish.

301. PINOT NOIR “Vintner’s Reserve”, Kendall-Jackson
This medium-bodied, savory Pinot is a silky, harmonious wine,
possessing a light ruby color, and a red current, cherry, and
blackberry-scented nose with spicy oak in the background. The
ripe, full flavors retain their grace and finesse through the persistent finish.

302. PINOT NOIR, Firesteed
This pleasant medium-bodied wine has a brilliant color with
cherry, clove, and nutmeg aromas. The mild berry
and spice flavors come complete with a delicate finish.

304. CHIANTI CLASSICO RISERVA, DOCG, Castello Banfi
Smooth and stylish, this Chianti is as meaty as porcini and fattened
up with dark fruit flavors. Tobacco and herb accents play off cherry
fruit on the slightly muted nose. It is sophisticated in its plush texture,
with a good balance of berry flavors, acidity and oak accents. It
finishes dry, with cocoa and tea notes.

307. SANGIOVESE / MERLOT, Luna di Luna
A blend of Merlot and Sangiovese, this wine has a deep garnet red
color, with an intense bouquet that is intense and earthy. The taste
is full and persistent, obtaining its boldness from the Sangiovese,
and its velvety finish from the Merlot.

308. MERLOT RISERVA, Concilio
This Merlot is ruby red in color with a taste enriched by soft tannins.
It has a spicy character mixed with aromas of currants and black
cherries. Medium-bodied with a smooth, ripe Merlot finish.

309. MERLOT, “Danzante”, Mondavi & Frescobaldi
This Merlot is intense violet red in color. The open bouquet releases
aromas of black currants, blueberries and soft spices. On the palate,
the flavors mirror the aromas, and are soft and persistent. Nuances
of forest berries and spices weave into a long, well-balanced finish.

310. RED MERITAGE, Lyeth
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot,
this wine has a rich, complex aroma with plummy notes, and
a pleasant soft texture. There are flavors of black cherry and
vanilla with a modest core of herbal-currant flavors. This
selection is well-balanced with a soft, long finish.

312. BARBERA D’ALBA RUVEI, Marchesi di Barolo
Rated 89 by Wine Spectator, this is a medium-bodied wine
with a wonderful aroma of plum sauce with hints of citrus.
The texture is thick, yet refreshing, leading to a pepper and
berry finish.

313. MERLOT/CABERNET, Luna di Luna
This full and persistent wine has a deep garnet red color,
and intense bouquet; Luscious layers of blackberry,
raspberry, and ripe plum flavors are harmonious
with a velvety finish.

314. BEAUJOLAIS-VILLAGES, Joseph Drouhin
This is a very charming and convivial wine, bright purple
in color. It has a very intense nose, reminiscent of violets,
peonies and red berries. On the palate, it has a silky
smoothness, and its delicious fruit lingers for a long time.

315. MERLOT, Michel Picard
This medium-bodied wine features robust aromas of
blackberry and pepper, and is soft and round on the
palate. Hints of cherries and red raspberries are
softened by oaky vanilla nuances.

316. CABERNET SAUVIGNON, Rodney Strong Vineyards
A complex aromatic Cabernet, full of rich cassis and spice
flavor. Soft, supple tannins serve as the backdrop for the
powerful flavors of dried cherry, raspberry and dark chocolate.
Subtle flavors of vanilla bean and licorice help to enrich and
lengthen the finish.

317. CHIANTI CLASSICO, Cecchi
This Chianti has a rich garnet red color, and an intense,
vinous perfume with aromas reminiscent of violets and irises.
The flavors are fresh and slightly tannic, finishing with a
velvety warm delicacy.

319. CHIANTI CLASSICO, Carpineto
A deep bright ruby red Chianti, with a clean bouquet with
hints of berries and violets. It has a rich, dry, well balanced,
velvety taste with nuances of cedar and tobacco, coming to
a lingering chewy finish.

320. CHIANTI “RISERVA 1998”, Coli
A lively ruby red, beautifully intense Chianti, with a fine, rich spicy
blackberry bouquet with spicy notes. The supple luscious cherry
and vanilla flavors are young and well balanced, and lead into a
long, velvety, elegant finish.

321. ZINFANDEL, Rancho Zabaco
Plush and vibrantly fruity, the way Zinfandel ought to be. Charming
aromas of berry, spice, and faint earthy notes, with the lively flavors
of raspberry and black cherry fruit. Soft supple tannins enhance the
smooth finish.
